Our theme is “Changemakers Lab” where we’ll learn about the transforming love of God through Christ and discover and share creative ways to make a difference in the world! We’ll look at five Bible stories that explore examples of people who experienced and brought about change in the world around them: – people who provide a model for asking hard questions, working together to solve problems, reaching across differences, caring for all people, and imagining a new world.

1. Monday morning: The story of Nicodemus (John 3:1-7) – Changemakers ask questions.

2. Tuesday morning: The story of Five Friends (Mark 2:1-12) -- Changemakers work together to solve problems.

3. Wednesday morning: The story of the early church sharing what they had so everyone had enough (Acts 2:42-47; 4:32-37) – Changemakers respond to the needs of others.

4. Thursday morning: The story of Peter and Cornelius (Acts 10) – Changemakers build bridges.

5. Friday morning: The story of imagining a new world (Isaiah 65:17-25) – Changemakers create a new kind of world.
