First Baptist Church Food Service provides meals for regular church meals, specials events and events being held at the church by church members or outside groups using the church facility. The Food Service is directed by Ike Uzoma and his staff.
The menus for upcoming Wednesday night suppers are as follows (all meals come with salad and bread):
May 6: fajitas; kids: chips and salsa
May 13: pasta bar
May 20: barbecue chicken with brown-butter corn and veggies; veg option: mock barbeque chicken; kids: mac and cheese
May 27: chili night; veg option: vegetarian chili
June 3: end-of-year picnic: hot dogs and burgers with potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans; veg option: veggie burgers
Cost of Wednesday night meals:
0-3: FREE; 4-12: $4; 13+: $8
$24 max per family in one residence
