The 2025 church picnic took place on a perfect Wednesday evening, the fourth of June, at Pullen Park. The sun was shining and it wasn’t too hot with plenty of shade for everyone to set up their chairs. Before the food was served, some were busy playing outdoor games like cornhole and frisbee. Others were sitting in their lawn chairs, enjoying each other’s company.
Following our meal of hamburgers and hotdogs, we played FBC Bingo. There were 25 spaces to be filled that required getting to know more about those present. It was during this time that we learned who liked snakes, who was left-handed, and who did not like chocolate, just to name a few of the bingo spaces. It’s hard to imagine that we got answers to all our questions, but we did and the winners were: Kinley Pegram (elementary division), Luke Foster (youth division), and Mary Burnette (adult division).
