CHILDREN'S MISSION DAY

On Saturday, eight of our grade-schoolers enjoyed a morning with children from area churches at CBF's Children's Mission Day. We heard the story of Queen Esther in our Bible story rotation, practiced singing "This Little Light of Mine" while learning more about crescendos and decrescendos, and made care bags for people in need. After lunch, the children led us in worship and we made self-portraits with cereal to further help us remember that we are all unique creations of God, made in God's image, and then we enjoyed ice cream sandwiches or popsicles. A good time was had by all!
