Approval of Minutes happens at the Church Conference following the Church Conference for which the minutes were taken. Until a Church Clerk gives the Church Office the Approved Minutes for a Church Conference, we will post draft minutes here when we receive the draft minutes from a Church Clerk. If no minutes are posted thought clicking on the above graphic, we have no draft minutes supplied by the Church Clerk.  There will be a lag in time from the approval of minutes at a Church Conference until the church office receives the approved set of minutes to be posted on the website.
