Responsible for Food Service on all levels for a 1200 member congregation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: food purchasing, inventory and budget control, food prep for all meals at the church, supervising 3 employees, maintaining a clean and operable kitchen.

As the mother of 2 children, I have enjoyed using my culinary background to teach children’s cooking classes as well as classes for adults. Good nutrition and health as an everyday way of life are incorporated in how and what I teach.

In my late twenties, I attended La Varenne Culinary School in Paris, France. Upon my return, I opened a breakfast/lunch cafe and catering company and continued to teach cooking classes. Catering clientele included corporate, church, government, and private functions ranging from 12 people to 700 people.
