FBC will host a core-strengthening exercise program beginning October 8th. The class will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30-1:15 p.m. in Rm. 108. Prioritize your health this fall and give your lunch hour a healthy jumpstart! Whether new to fitness or back from a long hiatus, this 45-minute class will help you to build core muscles and foundational strength so you can feel stronger, more energized, and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
